We're called Multiple Hats for a reason. . . 

Every startup, small- or medium-size business knows you have to wear multiple hats and be generalists in a variety of topics to make a business work.

Some entrepreneurs like wearing multiple hats; others don't. And some are wearing just too many.

We're a simple consulting / operations service that helps small businesses with strategy/business plan development, operations/process improvement, HR/payroll/insurance/financial and technology tool selection/implementation/training.

What We Do

We don't charge an exorbitant consulting fee. After all, we're a small business too and know you need to pay for actual deliverables, not people just telling you what to do. 

We're also a relatively young (sort of) team and have a good handle on which modern software and tech tools are free or affordable to make your life easier. 

  • Small business tech software selection, implementation and training (i.e. email, chat, project management, email fax, time-keeping, receipt-tracking, accounting, cash-flow)

  • Preferred employer organization (PEO) research and implementation for small business health insurance, benefits and payroll  

  • Operations and process analysis; revised processes 

  • HR and hiring services tool selection/implementation; employee on-boarding and StrengthFinder tests

  • P&L and other monthly financial or data reporting

  • Marketing tools selection, implementation and training (i.e. CRMs, email automation; analytics; appointment tools)

  • Business plan / strategic plan concepting, researching, writing, editing 

  • Scaling Up and company identity/positioning workshops
