About

When you're in a big company, your job description is fairly narrow and focused. But the smaller the company, the more hats you wear and the more you need to know a little bit about everything. 

As someone who has spent the majority of my working career in small companies, I know firsthand what it means to wear multiple hats and to find cheap or easy technical solutions for challenges. 

My past experience and track record as someone who can get things done in the startup and small business environment has uniquely gifted me to partner with small businesses and to fill in gaps or improve processes they might not have the time, energy or desire to tackle by themselves. 

Multiple Hats Consulting has developed out of my passion to be a serious pinch-hitter for small businesses.

  • Architected a content strategy matrix, based on multiple audiences and buying funnel to strategically target different parts of the buying cycle, based on primary / secondary audiences

  • Reduced sales inefficiencies and outdated back-office processes for clients by selecting a new customer software, training and implementing

  • Achieved a significant YoY rate of website traffic growth after managing the launch of merging four sites on different WordPress installs into one

  • Launched an online learning division of the university in six months, which was profitable from the first year; today the program is touted as having brought significant revenue streams to the institution
