You and your leadership team know your business better than anyone, but if you’ve ever tried to sit down and work on the big picture plan of your organization (i.e. identifying core values, writing vision statements or crafting a BHAG [big, hairy audacious goal, courtesy of business leadership guru, Jim Collins]), you know that it’s easy to get lost in the details. It’s actually really helpful to have a neutral party develop the agenda, facilitate the discussions, write down all the notes and provide you with a written document at the end of your amazing business brainstorming session.

We will take ideas from your identity session and work them into an initial written strategic plan for you and your leadership team to review. This project includes 2 rounds of feedback and helps you get an actionable strategic plan.

Everyone talks about tracking their data numbers, but who has time to build a dashboard they can actually use. And what tools are there to automate the process every month? We will work with you to explore free and easy-to-use systems that can make your data life easier.

Anyone who has ever written a strategic plan will tell you that that process is quite easy compared to actually implementing the plan. We have an ongoing process and template we use with your company to help provide accountability and keep you on track.

Scaling Up Workshops

The Scaling Up book has a fantastic set of worksheets that can prepare you for significant company growth. We can help facilitate these sessions and guide you through completing the worksheets when you’re ready to scale up.

Marketing & Advertising Plan

A good marketing plan should be the natural outgrowth of your core identity (core values, mission, etc.), strategic plan, as well as customer and market research/data, and we can help you get it all down on paper in an cohesive, organized fashion. Your fixed price for this deliverable includes two rounds of feedback/changes and a marketing calendar. Generally, you will want to update the Marketing Plan twice a year or more if you're in a rapid growth mode and once a year if you're on a moderate growth trajectory.

We can help you select and implement websites, social media accounts, CRMs, Google Business/Local Pages, marketing automation software, email software, etc.
